Scope

Build a standalone read-only web console that visualizes workflow board, item detail, history, and delegated runtime status from mounted Workflow OS data.

Direction

Build workflow-os-web as a standalone companion app using FastAPI + Jinja2 + HTMX, Docker-first, read-only, with workflow-os pinned as a git submodule reference baseline for compatibility and testing.

Verification target

Initial read-only workflow-os-web baseline is implemented, tested, and locally deployed in Docker against canonical Workflow OS data.
